| • | Cross-cultural and change-management experience gained from more than twenty years as a businesswoman in Europe. First-hand knowledge of working in multicultural teams and negotiating across borders. |

Worked with the majority of her clients on both a consultancy basis,
and as a provider of development programmes for senior business leaders
and their teams. Her main area of expertise is helping senior executives
understand how cultural differences affect the way people communicate,
negotiate, manage and lead organisations – against a backdrop
of continuous change. |
| • | Worked mostly in Europe with multinational companies in: beverage, automotive sector, engineering, banking, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, travel, packaging, information technology, oil, financial services and consulting. Recent projects have included assignments with twelve international corporations (from the United States, Canada, Britain, France, Germany, Norway and Sweden) listed in the Financial Times ‘Global 500’ companies’ survey, 10 June 2006. |
| • | Worked/studied, on a long-term basis, in five European countries: Sweden, France, Switzerland, Britain and Germany. She has a Swedish business studies diploma, a British and German MBA and is a certified change management practitioner. |
| • | She has coached senior executives from France, Germany, Britain, Sweden, Singapore and the United States. Is a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and abides by the Code of Ethics (see www.emccouncil.org) |
| • | Worked
extensively in Europe, including France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands,
Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Ireland and Scandinavia, and has an excellent
understanding of cultural differences in these countries, as well
as an intimate knowledge of their business cultures. She has travelled
widely outside Europe, primarily in the United States, Canada, New
Zealand and Australia. |
